4. ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS
- Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if the order has been processed or shipped.
- Modifications: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If changes are necessary, please cancel the original order within 24 hours and place a new one.
- Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
