Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • The item(s) must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase (for both in-store and online purchases).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

How to Return an Item

  1. Online Orders:

    • Contact our customer support team at info@glasglasni.com to initiate your return.
    • Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the items back to us.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  2. In-Store Returns:

    • You may return the item(s) to our physical store location at 4075 51st Hwy S, Lula, Georgia, within 30 days of purchase.
    • Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase for a smooth return process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process. Once the returned item is processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Defective or Damaged Items
