    Orders placed on Glasglasni.com are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out promptly.

  • Order Cut-Off Time:
    Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Shipping Times:
    Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method and your location. The following estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and may vary:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (within the continental U.S.)
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (within the U.S.)
    • Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day (within the U.S.)
    • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (depending on the destination country)

2. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping:

  • International Shipping:
    For international orders, additional shipping charges apply, and you will be notified of the shipping fees at checkout. Glasglasni currently offers international shipping to select countries.   • P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses:
    We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.

    Some products may be restricted from being shipped to certain countries due to legal, shipping, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you if any items cannot be shipped to your address.

7. Delivery Issues and Shipping Delays

  • Delivery Confirmation:
    Once your order is delivered, the shipping carrier will provide confirmation of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the provided shipping address is correct and complete.

  • Shipping Delays:
    While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors such as weather conditions, customs processing (for international orders), or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages:

8. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

If you wish to ship your order to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address. Currently, our website only supports shipping to one address per order.

9. Order Modifications and Address Changes

Once an order is placed and payment has been processed, we are unable to modify the shipping address or items in the order. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@glasglasni.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the change.

10. International Orders – Customs and Duties

  • Customs and Import Taxes:
    For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by the destination country. These charges are separate from the shipping cost and are imposed by local customs authorities.

  • Customs Declaration:
    All international shipments are subject to customs inspection and may be delayed due to customs processing. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for international orders.
